Client to submit the following :
a. One-page description of the company, product and USP
b. “Wish list” of Japanese corporate clients wants to meet OR Criteria for selecting potential companies

Step 1 JBP to create Client’s profile in Japanese
* This step may be skipped if Client already has a profile in Japanese

Step 2 JBP to identify potential companies based on Client’s criteria
* This step may be skipped if Client provided a wish list

Step 3 JBP to contact, engage with and send Client’s profile to the companies

Step 4 JBP to arrange for Client to meet those who agreed, or provide their contact information

Optional Service
 Make appointments and put together a visit program
 Accompany Client to meetings
 Country representation

All payments to be made by credit card. Client to bear all associated costs.

Our Unique Approach

The years over, JBP has built collaborative relationships with regional banks across Japan who identify and approach potential sellers and buyers within their customer database. They also contribute their own resource to help JBP execute deals.

JBP source cross-border deals from overseas partners who are prominent financial services, M&A advisory or law firms. JBP also shares a list of acquisition target search requests it receives from Japanese clients for the overseas partners to search appropriate targets in their countries.
